                    <p>适宜性是指婴幼儿游戏设计应当符合婴幼儿月龄特点、身心发展水平、个性发展特点及兴趣需要等。成人在设计婴幼儿游戏时,无论是在游戏目标和玩法的设计上,还是在游戏材料的选择上,都应当密切结合婴幼儿所处年龄段的身心发育特点及认知发展水平,符合婴幼儿的最近发展区。例如,可以利用扑克牌设计分类、点数、排序、比较大小、数的分解与组合等数学游戏玩法,但根据2~3岁幼儿的年龄特点和认知水平,利用扑克牌玩分类游戏是比较适宜的。又如,婴幼儿的游戏时间不宜过长,应充分考虑他们的注意力发展特点。通常,1~2岁幼儿的游戏时间一般在5分钟以内,2~3岁幼儿的游戏时间应在5~8分钟。同时,成人应根据婴幼儿在游戏过程中的实际状态灵活调整游戏时间的长短。

                    </p>
                    <p>(1)环境创设者</p>
                    <p>游戏环境创设是婴幼儿游戏指导的首要内容。家长在家庭中可根据婴幼儿的身心发展特点、个性和兴趣等创设适宜的心理环境和物质环境,以满足婴幼儿的游戏需求,促进婴幼儿身心健康发展。</p>
                    <p>(2)游戏陪伴者</p>
                    <p>0~3岁婴幼儿的健康成长主要依靠家长。家长是婴幼儿游戏最初的重要陪伴者,陪伴婴幼儿游戏对建立良好的亲子关系至关重要。陪伴者是家长在婴幼儿游戏中较常扮演的角色。在陪伴婴幼儿游戏的过程中,家长扮演着多重角色,有时是旁观者和被模仿者,有时是引导者和参与者,有时是支持者与鼓励者等。家长在扮演这些角色时应尊重婴幼儿游戏的自主意愿,鼓励婴幼儿的主动性、独立性、创造性与合作性表现,从而增强婴幼儿的自信心和安全感。

                    <p>家长对婴幼儿最为熟悉亲密。通过观察婴幼儿游戏过程中的行为表现,家长不仅能充分了解婴幼儿的身心发展水平、个性特点及心理需要,也能及时发现婴幼儿存在的某些行为问题,并在游戏过程中及时回应与支持婴幼儿。

                    <p>(1)创设适宜的家庭游戏环境</p>
                    <p>家长是家庭环境的营造者。家庭游戏环境包括心理环境和物质环境。在心理环境创设方面,家长应处理好家庭成员之间的关系,包括祖孙关系、婆媳关系、夫妻关系、亲子关系等,尽可能保持教育的一致性,秉承互尊互爱、平等交流、分工合作的原则,建构民主和谐的家庭关系,营造自主自由、宽松舒适的心理环境。在物质环境创设方面,家长应布置相对固定、宽敞、明亮、温馨的游戏场地,投放适宜的玩具和游戏材料。

                    <p>婴幼儿的健康成长离不开家长的陪伴,婴幼儿的游戏也离不开家长的支持。婴幼儿的学习与发展以游戏为主要形式。在陪伴婴幼儿游戏的过程中,家长应全心全意地投入。家长可教婴幼儿玩某个新的游戏,但不能强硬地要求婴幼儿一定按照设想的方式和行为来,应当尊重婴幼儿游戏的自主意愿,灵活地处理问题与改变策略。家长也可以追随婴幼儿的游戏,静静地在一旁认真关注婴幼儿的游戏状态和情绪。当婴幼儿有需要时及时回应与支持。比如,在婴幼儿遇到困难时鼓励其克服困难,必要时给予帮助;在婴幼儿获得成功时,及时给予眼神、动作或语言上的激励;还可以参与游戏,扮演游戏中的角色,和婴幼儿一同尽情地享受游戏的快乐。

                    <p>如今,在科学技术迅速发展的时代,部分家长在陪伴孩子游戏的过程中难以全心投入。这在很大程度上降低了婴幼儿的游戏兴趣和家长的陪伴质量,不利于婴幼儿身心健康发展。</p>
                    <p>(3)细致观察婴幼儿的游戏表现</p>
                    <p>游戏是婴幼儿发展的一面镜子。通过观察游戏,家长能够更深入具体地了解婴幼儿的身心发展水平和个性特点,发现自身在育儿过程中的积极经验和不足,从而促使家长加强与育儿经验丰富的家长或婴幼儿教育专业人士的沟通交流,并及时调整育儿方法,改变游戏支持策略。例如,某家长几次观察自己2岁8个月的孩子在与伙伴玩过家家游戏时都有抢玩具的行为。家长观察到这一现象后,意识到孩子在与同伴交往的过程中还不理解游戏规则,自己想要的东西必须马上就得到;于是引导孩子明白“如果你需要的玩具在别人手上是不可以抢的,你可以先询问、等待或者先玩其他的玩具”。同时家长也与家人沟通,强调在日常生活中不能再事事满足孩子,要适当地拒绝和延迟满足。通过一段时间的引导,家长再去观察孩子游戏时,发现孩子想要伙伴的玩具时已经能够做到先问一问或等一等。

                    <p>早教或托育机构中的游戏环境对婴幼儿的成长有着至关重要的影响。良好的游戏环境能够激发婴幼儿在游戏中主动学习,促进婴幼儿在各个领域的发展。因此,教师作为托育或早教机构婴幼儿游戏环境的创设者,应当结合机构的实际条件,充分考虑机构中不同婴幼儿的年龄特点与水平,为婴幼儿创设兼具普遍性、个性化与多样化的适宜的游戏环境。

                    <p>一个善于思考的教师对婴幼儿的游戏行为进行观察,就一定会有相应的评价。教师作为游戏评价者主要对婴幼儿游戏行为本身进行评价。教师对游戏活动的评价不仅能帮助教师深入了解婴幼儿各个领域身心发展的特点与水平,也有助于增强教师游戏组织与指导的目的性与科学性,促进教师改进与完善游戏方案,从而更有效地促进婴幼儿全面发展。

                    <h5 id="e051">2.教师在游戏中的指导要求</h5>
                    <p>(1)创设适宜的游戏环境</p>
                    <p>早教或托育机构的游戏环境是婴幼儿学习与发展的关键因素。良好适宜的游戏环境能够启发婴幼儿的心智,激发婴幼儿的游戏兴趣,促进其身心发展;同时有助于营造舒适的教师工作环境,促进教师自身的专业发展。教师应如何创设适宜的游戏环境呢?
                    </p>
                    <p>一是提供温馨、舒适、安全的游戏场地。教师应遵循教养结合与安全性原则,确保游戏区域的地面安全柔软,周边没有尖角或其他安全隐患;设置温度适宜、光线良好、无噪声及空气质量优的游戏空间,如充分利用自然光,安装光线柔和、亮度适宜的照明灯,避免昏暗或眩光,及时通风消毒,创造良好的空气对流环境等。此外,教师还应抓住温度适宜的晴朗天气,带领婴幼儿接触大自然,开展有价值的户外游戏活动。
                    </p>
                    <p>二是提供丰富适宜的游戏材料。教师应根据不同年龄段婴幼儿的身心发展特点和水平,提供丰富适宜的游戏材料,引导婴幼儿在各类游戏活动中主动探索、操作与模仿学习。</p>

                    <h5 id="e055">2.婴幼儿游戏观察的意义</h5>
                    <p>(1)客观真实地了解婴幼儿</p>
                    <p>观察是成人了解婴幼儿直接有效的途径,婴幼儿在游戏中往往呈现的是本真的状态。成人在游戏中观察婴幼儿的行为表现,能够客观真实地了解婴幼儿喜欢做什么、能做什么,他们各领域的发展水平达到了什么层次,个性特点怎样等多方面情况。家长或教师对婴幼儿的了解越深入,越有助于他们建立与婴幼儿的亲密关系,也越有助其积极开展一系列的游戏指导工作。
                    </p>
                    <p>(2)科学有效地指导游戏</p>
                    <p>观察婴幼儿游戏是成人科学有效指导游戏的前提和基础。在生活中,有些成人因为各种原因在没有细致观察婴幼儿游戏的情况下,贸然打断或者对婴幼儿的游戏进行随意指导,结果导致游戏中止或婴幼儿情绪失控。如此,成人不仅错失了解婴幼儿的好机会,还影响了亲子之间、教师与婴幼儿之间良好亲密关系的形成。

                    <p>婴幼儿的游戏活动大部分都需依赖玩具和游戏材料。家长或教师通过细致观察婴幼儿游戏时的情绪状态和行为表现能够比较清楚地了解他们对玩具和材料的偏好及操作水平。这为观察者调整游戏材料提供了灵感,也促使观察者在下一轮或下次游戏中为婴幼儿提供更有挑战性、趣味性更强、玩法更新颖多样的玩具和游戏材料,从而提升婴幼儿的游戏水平。

                    <p>0~3岁婴幼儿的游戏比其他年龄段相对随机与灵活。有时成人预设的游戏活动并不一定是婴幼儿喜欢的,他们很有可能会生成成人意想不到的其他游戏。这时成人应尊重婴幼儿的自主性,细心观察并敏锐地察觉婴幼儿新生成的游戏意图和玩法,从而科学有效地支持与引导婴幼儿在生成游戏中获得进一步发展。

                    <p>(3)提升教师的专业能力</p>
                    <p>婴幼儿游戏观察是衡量早教或托育机构教师专业能力的重要指标。教师要科学有效地指导游戏,就必须科学地观察婴幼儿游戏。科学地观察游戏需要教师认真学习观察婴幼儿游戏的基础理论知识,理解观察的意义,掌握观察的步骤、方法以及观察记录的方法等实践性知识,并在观察实践中反复运用,加深理解,增强观察、记录与分析婴幼儿游戏行为与发展水平的实践能力以及指导工作的反思调整与评价能力等。因此,观察对于提升教师的专业能力具有关键意义。

                    <p>成人对婴幼儿游戏的观察通常分为无意识的观察和有意识的观察。无意识的观察是指成人在日常活动中无目的、无计划地随机观察。无意识的观察能够帮助成人了解婴幼儿在游戏情境中的表现,对进一步了解婴幼儿各方面的情况有所帮助。有意识的观察是指教师有目的、有计划地使用科学的观察方法按照一定的步骤进行的观察。严格意义上说,为了使观察更有针对性和效果,教师对游戏的观察应多使用有意识的观察。有意识观察的步骤主要包括制订观察计划、实施观察与记录、整理与分析观察结果。
                    </p>
                    <h5 id="e056">1.制订观察计划</h5>
                    <p>制订观察计划的内容主要有:确定观察目的和内容、选择观察对象、选用观察与记录方法。在婴幼儿游戏时,成人可观察的内容很丰富。观察目的对整个游戏观察具有指向作用,明确观察目的能够避免观察流于表面,促进观察者深入了解婴幼儿各方面的发展水平。婴幼儿游戏观察的目的主要包括两个方面:一方面是观察婴幼儿的游戏行为、水平与效果,包括动作、语言、认知、情绪情感与社会性发展等方面;另一方面是观察游戏环境的创设是否合理,游戏材料的使用率、难度和效果等。观察内容是围绕观察目的来确定的。比如,教师某次游戏的观察目的是主要了解某个婴幼儿的语言、动作和社会性发展水平,则观察过程中记录的观察内容主要是该婴幼儿的语言、动作和社会性交往的行为与表现。人的观察能力和范围是有限的,在同一时间内能观察到的人数和空间范围也是有限的。婴幼儿游戏主要以独自游戏的形式存在。2岁以上幼儿开始有社交游戏,游戏时间较短且随机,有时很容易被其他材料吸引或转移游戏主题。因此,选择观察对象时以选取1~2名婴幼儿为宜。若在早教或托育机构中,教师的观察目的是了解整个游戏活动的基本情况,也可将参与游戏活动的数名婴幼儿作为观察对象。确定好观察目的、内容和对象后,教师应根据实际情况选择合适的观察与记录方法。具体的观察与记录方法将在下面详细阐述。

                    <h5 id="e057">2.实施观察与记录</h5>
                    <p>实施婴幼儿游戏观察与记录不仅需要观察者集中精力用心观察,还需要观察者掌握科学的观察记录方法,并根据游戏观察目的、内容和对象的不同选择适宜的观察与记录方法。</p>
                    <p>(1)婴幼儿游戏观察方法</p>
                    <p>常用的婴幼儿游戏观察方法主要有如下三种。</p>
                    <p>①扫描观察法。扫描观察法即观察者在一段时间内对班级内所有婴幼儿进行全面观察的方法。这种方法主要用于观察婴幼儿游戏的氛围怎样,喜欢哪些游戏主题,使用了哪些游戏玩具或游戏材料,大致有哪些行为表现,游戏时间的长短等。扫描观察法的优点是能够快速对整个婴幼儿班级的游戏情况有一个大概了解。其局限性在于因为观察的内容比较泛,观察的婴幼儿数量较多,所以不利于观察者深入了解个别婴幼儿的发展水平和需要。观察结果一般记录在事先准备好的表格中。如果教师要了解婴幼儿对不同区域内玩具的喜好程度,可设计如下观察记录表(见表3-2)。

                    </p>
                    <p>③追踪观察法。追踪观察法是观察者以个别婴幼儿为观察对象进行全面细致观察的方法,目的是全面深入地了解个别婴幼儿在动作、语言、认知、情绪情感及社会性等各方面的能力和发展水平。游戏中婴幼儿走到哪里,教师就观察到哪里。这种方法主要采用文字记录的方式或跟踪拍摄的方式进行记录。应当注意的是,教师应尽可能地隐蔽观察,减少对婴幼儿游戏的打扰,以获得更真实的游戏状态。
                    </p>
                    <p>(2)婴幼儿游戏记录的方法</p>
                    <p>婴幼儿游戏记录的方法主要有描述法、评定法和取样法三类。</p>
                    <p>①描述法。描述法即用描述性的语句将观察到的事实记录下来供日后分析的方法。描述法主要运用文字进行记录,具体包括日记记录法、轶事记录法和实况记录法。</p>
                    <p>日记记录法即观察者采用日记叙事的方式对婴幼儿的游戏活动进行持续跟踪观察与记录的方法。日记记录法需要观察者与婴幼儿保持持续的接触。运用这种方法能帮助观察者系统地了解观察对象发展的连续变化情况。不过日记记录法通常只针对个别婴幼儿进行观察,缺乏一定的代表性。此种方法比较适用于追踪观察。
                    </p>
                    <p>轶事记录法是观察者将感兴趣的且认为是有价值的、有意义的婴幼儿游戏行为和事件用描述性的语言记录下来的方法。轶事记录法不要求对游戏的全过程进行记录,但要求记录客观、翔实。运用轶事记录法有助于教师在实践中兼顾全体和个体婴幼儿的观察。教师每次观察的对象可以相同,也可以不同。教师在运用此种方法观察记录时及时、客观、详细地还原活动中的细节并不容易。为确保记录的及时与客观性,教师可以随身带一些记录的卡片、本子或简要的表格作为记录工具,如表3-3所示。

                    <p>轶事记录法方便、灵活,可以随时随地记录。因此,对于教师来说,它是简便易行的一种方法。教师可运用该方法进行连续记录,通过特定情境了解婴幼儿的行为与变化,分析影响婴幼儿发展的各种因素等。但由于观察者记录的是自认为有价值和有意义的事件,所记录的内容会带有主观倾向,轶事记录法很多时候不是现场记录,而是事后追记,因此记录的内容可能会有出入。教师在运用此方法记录时应尽快避免过多主观因素的影响。
                    </p>
                    <p>实况记录法是观察者按照时间顺序尽可能详细、客观、完整地记录婴幼儿在某一段时段内的具体行为和表现的方法。实况记录法是由日记记录法和轶事记录法引发出来的。和轶事记录法相比,实况记录法观察记录的内容更加完整和翔实。实况记录法不同于日记记录法对个别幼儿进行纵向记录,它既可以对个别幼儿进行记录,也可以是对群体幼儿进行记录。实况记录法的观察内容包括观察时间、观察对象及其与周围环境互动时所做事和所说的话,以及观察对象所处的背景、环境场所等。传统的实况记录通常要求在观察现场采用手工观察记录的方式。这对教师的观察能力及语言文字功底的要求较高。现代的实况记录通常要求利用录像设备将观察到的行为和事件全部拍摄下来,再转换成文字进行分析。这种方式的好处是拍摄后的内容可以反复观看,不会因为记录速度遗漏一些信息,但观察者需要心中有观察目标,并注意将录像对婴幼儿游戏活动的影响降到最低。总之,教师若想要深入了解婴幼儿各方面的具体行为、表现及分析背后的原因等,实况记录法是比较理想的选择。
                    </p>
                    <p>②评定法。评定法即观察者在观察记录的基础上对婴幼儿游戏行为或事件做出判断的方法。评定法的主要类型有行为检核法和等级评定法。评定法的优点是记录与统计方便,适合与其他婴幼儿的行为进行对比。评定法一般不记录婴幼儿行为发生的具体过程与情境,且观察者需要在观察的同时进行判断。因此,运用评定法时容易产生个人偏见,不同的人观察同样的行为可能会有不同的判断结果。
                    </p>
                    <p>行为检核法又称清单法,是观察者事先将要观察的行为项目排列成清单式的表格,然后通过观察核对该行为是否呈现的一种方法。行为检核法较为简便实用,是教师常用的观察记录法之一。例如,为了解24~30个月婴幼儿的精细动作发展水平,观察者可以运用表3-5进行记录。

                    <p>等级评定法是观察者进行观察后,对婴幼儿游戏行为所达到的水平进行评定的方法。等级评定法依据的是观察者个人的主观判断,需要不同的人对某一观察对象进行重复判断。频次多代表发展水平较高,频次少代表发展水平较低。一般来说,等级评定法有四个或以上的等级。观察者可以从行为发生的频率或强弱程度来制定等级标准。比如,频率选项有总是、经常、有时、极少、从未,强弱选项有非常、比较、一般、相当不、非常不。例如,为观察某婴幼儿区域活动中的行为表现,可制定如下等级评定表(见表3-6)。

                    <p>时间取样法是指以一定的时间间隔为取样标准来观察记录预先确定的行为是否出现以及出现次数的方法。观察记录的时间间隔取决于教师的观察目的。时间取样法适用于记录那些快速且连续发生或经常发生的行为,如专注行为、情绪行为、习惯动作、互动行为等。例如,在确定观察30~36个月幼儿在娃娃区游戏的专注力行为的目标后,可以将活动时间划分为5个观察时段,每个时段大致为2分钟,如表3-7所示。

                    <p>时间取样法很节约时间和精力,因为它预先规定了所要观察的内容和时间。这样观察者能在短时间内收集大量信息。但时间取样法只适用于观察那些发生频率较高的外显行为,对发生频率较低的行为则不适合。另外,时间取样法只能用于记录行为的频率,不能用于记录行为及行为变化的详细信息。若要了解婴幼儿更为详细的行为表现,可以将时间取样法和文字描述法结合使用,设计相应的表格记录每个观察时间段(如2分钟)婴幼儿某一行为的具体表现。
                    </p>
                    <p>事件取样法是针对事先选好的特定事件进行观察记录的方法,适用于记录有明确开始和结束且发生频率相对较低的行为,如生活习惯行为、收拾玩具行为、冲突行为等。观察者在每一次事先选好的事件自然发生时将事件记录下来,可包括行为发生的时间、背景、原因以及行为变化、行为结果等内容。例如,为了解婴幼儿自主区域活动中的同伴冲突行为情况,可设计婴幼儿同伴冲突行为的观察记录表,如表3-8所示。

                    <p>在运用事件取样法进行观察记录前,为节约时间,教师可将事先设计好的观察事件用代码或符号表示。</p>
                    <p>此外,教师观察记录婴幼儿游戏时还可以采用图示法。它是教师综合运用文字、代码、线条等方式记录的一种方法。这种方法使用较为简便,结果呈现直观、形象,主要适用于记录婴幼儿的活动轨迹,直观地反映婴幼儿游戏过程中的选择倾向与停留时间等。比如,教师观察的某个婴幼儿在感统室游戏的情况,如图3-1所示。
                    </p>
                    <h5 id="e058">3.整理与分析观察结果</h5>
                    <p>整理与分析观察结果主要是指观察者对观察记录资料进行汇总整理,并对某个阶段内婴幼儿的游戏行为水平和表现以及婴幼儿游戏环境创设是否合理,玩具和材料投放是否适宜等方面进行深入分析的过程。分析观察结果是一项系统而复杂的工作,对教师的专业知识储备与专业能力有较高的要求,同时也对教师详细了解婴幼儿有极大的帮助。

                    <p>评价是指对人或事物进行判断、分析的过程。婴幼儿游戏评价是指按照一定的婴幼儿教育目标和游戏观念,对游戏活动中涉及的人和事物进行的价值判断。从广义的角度来讲,婴幼儿游戏评价一方面包括对婴幼儿游戏活动实施的评价,如对游戏环境创设、玩具和材料提供、游戏时间安排、游戏指导策略、游戏活动效果等方面的评价;另一方面包括对婴幼儿游戏行为本身的评价,主要包括婴幼儿的游戏行为所体现出来的认知、语言、动作、情绪情感与社会性发展水平等方面的评价。狭义上的婴幼儿游戏评价主要指对婴幼儿游戏行为本身的评价。

                    <p>对婴幼儿游戏活动实施情况进行评价,教师能够更清楚地了解婴幼儿对游戏环境、游戏材料的喜好以及婴幼儿的操作与发展水平。这可以帮助教师及时改进和调整游戏活动方案,如调整游戏环境的布置、增添或减少游戏材料、改变难度不适宜的游戏玩法、改进指导方式等。教师在一次次的游戏活动评价、游戏方案与游戏指导策略的调整过程中,不断提升游戏活动的评价与反思能力。
                    </p>
                    <p>(3)深入了解婴幼儿个体,因材施教</p>
                    <p>有调查才有发言权。教师对婴幼儿游戏的评价往往是基于游戏活动的观察的,教师观察与评价婴幼儿游戏的过程就是深入了解婴幼儿个体的过程。针对0~3岁婴幼儿,大多数时候是采取个别教养与指导的方式。教师应关注独特的婴幼儿个体,将精力放在对每个婴幼儿游戏行为的观察与评价上。因此,评价婴幼儿游戏有助于教师深入了解婴幼儿的发展水平和个性特点,从而实施个别化的针对性教育,做到因材施教。

                    <p>婴幼儿游戏评价要以促进婴幼儿发展为宗旨。因此,教师对婴幼儿游戏活动实施效果的评价应当以婴幼儿在游戏中所获得的学习经验与发展为依据。教师应充分了解婴幼儿的年龄特点和现有发展水平,应关注婴幼儿的个别差异性,了解婴幼儿的发展需要,发现婴幼儿的发展潜能,并以发展的眼光看待婴幼儿现有的游戏水平,为设计促进婴幼儿进一步发展的游戏活动奠定基础。
                    </p>
                    <h5 id="e062">2.多元性原则</h5>
                    <p>美国哈佛大学心理学家加德纳提出了多元智能理论。多元智能理论指出,人具有语言智力、逻辑数学智力、音乐智力、空间智力、身体运动智力、人际关系智力和内省智力。加德纳指出,所有人都同时拥有以上智能;每个人都会用自己的方式发掘各自的大脑资源;教育应促进每个人各种智力的全面发展,让每个人的个性都得到充分发展和完善。从游戏评价的角度来说,评价主体要多元化。评价者除包括教师外,还应该包括婴幼儿自己、同伴和家长。评价内容应多元化,不仅包括婴幼儿游戏行为的评价,也包括教师游戏环境创设、游戏指导能力等的评价。对于婴幼儿游戏行为表现的评价应充分考虑婴幼儿智力发展的多元化特点,关注与理解婴幼儿个体的差异性表现。评价方式应多元化,可以用将量性评价和质性评价相结合的方式对婴幼儿游戏进行评价。
                    </p>
                    <h5 id="e063">3.过程性原则</h5>
                    <p>过程性原则强调以过程为主要评价内容的价值取向,评价指向游戏过程本身而不是游戏结果。教师应重视婴幼儿参与游戏的过程体验,重视对过程的评价和在过程中的评价,关注婴幼儿参与整个游戏活动的过程,如婴幼儿的游戏兴趣、专注程度、解决问题能力、创造力以及获得的直接经验等。

                    <h5 id="e064">4.激励性原则</h5>
                    <p>对婴幼儿游戏行为的评价应坚持“多鼓励、少批评,多引导、少说教”的原则。婴幼儿游戏活动的发展价值只有在婴幼儿积极主动参与的情况下才能实现。因此,教师或家长应及时给予幼儿肯定和鼓励,激励婴幼儿在游戏活动中的主动性、独立性和创造性表现。

                        <p><b>一、2~3岁幼儿游戏材料的选择和利用</b></p>
                        <p>根据2~3岁幼儿的身心特点以及游戏需要,首先要选择安全的材料,其次要尽可能地选择贴近幼儿生活的材料。以“低成本、高质量”为指导,我们在废旧物品的选用上展开了积极的探索。我们主要通过直接利用、简单制作等途径,让普通的生活材料蕴含更为丰富的教育因素。通过选择和再制作,各种纸箱、纸盒、瓶罐、夹子、靠垫、绳子等都成了幼儿、教师共同喜欢的游戏材料。
                        </p>
                        <p><b>二、2~3岁幼儿群体游戏氛围的创设</b></p>
                        <p>2~3岁幼儿已开始越来越喜欢与小伙伴在一起,表现出初步的社会性倾向,但目前幼儿还缺少与同伴交往、互动成长的自然环境。托幼机构相比家庭,其优势就是有集体的资源。因此,在游戏中,我们尝试让幼儿在集体或小组的群体氛围中开展游戏,一起玩乐,以期自然地引发幼儿相互启发、模仿,产生相互交往的需要。
                        </p>
                        <p><b>三、2~3岁幼儿游戏的组织与指导</b></p>
                        <p>2~3岁幼儿是按自己的规律和特点在发展的。因此教师应尽可能地满足幼儿的发展需求。但在顺应的基础上,教师仍需借助适宜的教育推动其发展。</p>
                        <p>我们主要采取自主玩、指导玩这两种方式来组织幼儿游戏。</p>
                        <p>(一)多关注,少“教育”</p>
                        <p>幼儿的年龄越小,他们之间的个别差异越大。因此,如何透过幼儿的行为准确地把握其发展线,了解他们的潜在需求,对托班教师来说,显得非常重要。在游戏过程中,我们认为教师要多关注,少“教育”。重在观察幼儿对哪些事物感兴趣,幼儿是以怎样的方式作用于客体的;在操作材料的过程中,是否遇到了认知冲突,解决了什么问题,解决问题的困难是什么。

                        <p>(二)多满足,少要求</p>
                        <p>幼儿的行为在很大程度上取决于先期的经验。不同的幼儿有着不同的生活经验,对事物有着不同的直接感受,从而导致出现不同的行为表现。幼儿的游戏往往是幼儿回忆原有经验并以自己的行为方式再现原有经验的过程。“多满足,少要求”,也就是说,怎么玩由幼儿决定。教师要尽可能接纳他们不同的感受,允许他们选择适合自己的、自己喜欢的方式作用于物体,自主地获得体验。
                        </p>
                        <p>(三)多激励,少评价</p>
                        <p>2~3岁幼儿的许多行为处于无意识状态。由于游戏具有非常大的随意性,幼儿常常会根据自己的突发奇想来操作物体。因此,教师要加强对幼儿的关注,多给予指导和鼓励,少评价。教师可借助提问、即兴编儿歌等途径激发幼儿的有意想象,促使幼儿的无意识行为变成游戏行为。
                        </p>
                        <p>1.以满足幼儿的需要为出发点生成游戏</p>
                        <p>教师要善于观察幼儿的发展需要,并及时生成相应的游戏。例如,教师发现用来装饰教室的玻璃贴经常莫名其妙地被移位。经观察,原来是幼儿在捣乱。运用抠、撕等精细动作使玻璃上的小动物搬家,让他们乐在其中。2~3岁是粗大动作和精细动作发育完善的阶段,这个阶段的幼儿喜欢尝试各种动作。为满足幼儿的需求,结合认知目标,我们在门、窗等位置有针对性地投放了动物、果蔬、图形等多种类型的玻璃贴,并设计了给小动物找家、给水果宝宝找家等游戏,既满足了幼儿撕撕贴贴的动作发展需要,又丰富了游戏的内涵。
                        </p>
                        <p>2.根据幼儿的兴趣点生成游戏</p>
                        <p>由幼儿的兴趣点生成的游戏活动往往更持久。因此,教师要根据幼儿兴趣的变化,不断生成新的活动内容,真正实现玩中学。例如,“娃娃家”是小班幼儿非常感兴趣的游戏之一。虽没有中大班幼儿那样逼真的角色扮演,但他们同样能在这似曾相识的“家”中玩得不亦乐乎。根据2~3岁幼儿的特点,我们重点设计了迷你厨房、迷你盥洗室等,投放了很多来源于生活、操作性很强的材料,既满足了幼儿爱摆弄的需求,也在“家”的氛围中让幼儿的情绪得到缓解和释放。
                        </p>
                        <p>3.结合材料特性生成游戏</p>
                        <p>不同的材料有不同的特性。教师要善于挖掘和利用这些材料特性生成幼儿喜欢的游戏内容,将教育因素隐含其中,使环境和材料自然、隐性地影响幼儿。根据轮胎滚动的特点,我们设计了开汽车的游戏,先让幼儿自己学习滚动轮胎,在能较好地控制轮胎后逐步加入指令,如转弯、向前、倒退、快开、慢开等。幼儿玩得非常开心。在游戏中,幼儿得到了方位感知,锻炼了手眼协调能力,还初步感知了自己用力的大小与轮胎滚动速度的关系。
                        </p>
                        <p>4.有机增减或组合材料生成游戏</p>
                        <p>托班的环境应该根据幼儿的发展需要进行适时适当的变换,如增减材料、组合材料等,以满足不同发展速度幼儿的需要,诱发其不同行为,以支持或推动幼儿发展。比如,在“玩豆”游戏中,常遇到这样的情况:瓶口小、勺子大,豆豆装不进瓶中,游戏初始阶段或能力弱的幼儿就会选择放弃。如果教师适时为幼儿提供漏斗之类的工具,让幼儿借助漏斗继续操作摆弄,游戏就能继续下去。将同种材料进行组合,也是很好的一种方法,如轮胎组合游戏、绳索组合、梯子组合等。材料的组合能使活动的可玩性增强,更需要幼儿协调多种运动技能,并通过不断探索、尝试,寻找使自己顺利解决问题的方法。因此,这对幼儿的能力具有一定的挑战性。但也正因为有了挑战性,幼儿更喜欢这样的活动了。但组合过程中,要根据幼儿的实际水平,确定适宜的难度。
